- Strategic analysis for Sprint's CEO on the impact of the Internet on
Sprint's long-term business landscape. Resulted in accelerating IP-related
services introduction, including the launch of Application Hosting Services and
remote IT Managed Services in the USA.
- Led a turnaround in the product strategy of a software company. After 10 years of slowing
product revenues in its core business, the company had invested $8 M in new product development
that failed to capture significant sales. We led a series of value-mapping workshops that within
a few weeks renewed the value proposition of the core product line, leading to $50 M of revenue
growth within two years.
- The Lanigan Group successfully doubled a software company's market opportunity
by extending its product line into an adjacent market that was larger than their
existing market. This was accomplished with zero-risk by leveraging a lead customer to substantially
fund development of the new product line extension.
- Refined the target market and value proposition for a systems management software
company. Within a few months of relaunching the product sales went from zero to over 100 customers.
